Insurance and Financing
Your oral health is our top priority. We are also committed to maximizing your hard-earned dollars. For that reason, we are preferred providers for many insurance companies. Even if we are not contracted with your insurance company, you will find that your out of network benefits will cover many of our services. We also offer convenient financing in-house and through Care Credit to help keep optimal care attainable and affordable.
Appointments for Any Schedule
Patients and parents have a variety of personal schedules, and we do our best to be accommodating by offering a variety of office hours. We respect your time and work hard to minimize any work or school interference.
Cancellation / Failed Appointments
We require 24-hours notice if you are cancelling an appointment. There will be a $25 fee for cancellations made without 24 hours notice and for failed appointments (“no shows”). The $25 will be posted to your account, and you will not be allowed to make any other appointments for yourself or your family members until it is paid in full.
Saturday appointments are our most popular appointments. In being so, a nonrefundable deposit of $25 is required when making Saturday appointments. The deposit will be credited towards your kept Saturday appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment time or no-show appointments may result in loss of Saturday appointment privileges.
New insurances as well as changes in insurance MUST be provided to this office prior to an appointment. Failure to provide correct and current insurance information will result in the entire bill being your responsibility.
Abuse Free Work Zone
At Rivery Dental we appreciate and respect our staff. It is our belief that our staff should have a work environment free from verbal and physical abuse. We expect each one of you to treat each one of our staff members as you would like to be treated. Outbursts, unacceptable behavior and foul language towards our staff will NOT be tolerated and may result in your discharge from the practice.
